We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must include all original parts and accessories.

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at support@belwares.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will review your request and send return instructions.
  3. Approved returns within the United States receive free return shipping.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process.

Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

This return policy applies only to purchases made directly from Belwares.com. Purchases made through Amazon, Walmart, or another retailer must be returned through that retailer.
